Taking Your Lens to the Next Level

Have you ever wanted to explore your creative potential through the lens of a camera? Join me as I go over the fundamentals of digital photography, assist you with your camera, give you an opportunity to learn with mine, and we'll go over basic editing techniques using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. 

This class is good for beginners to advanced photographers. Snacks and drink will be readily available during the class, but you are also encouraged to bring your own. 

We will cover such things as:

1. Composition

2. Camera Settings

3. Gear Selection

4. Exploring where you want to take your photography and how to reach your goals

5. Processing photos through Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

Jason Allen is an award-winning landscape photographer, former photographer with Atlanta United and the Atlanta Falcons, and currently a photographer for The Associated Press and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. He has worked with many professional athletes and spent a great deal of time travelling capturing professional and collegiate sports, epic landscapes, and now owns a studio near downtown Newnan, Georgia. He works closely with the US Soccer Teams and is supported by Sony and Westcott Lighting. He is also a Combat Veteran and Purple Heart recipient.
